These risks may include injury, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in any activity. The resort shall not be liable for any health issues, injuries, or medical emergencies arising during the stay or participation in activities.
The resort shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables.
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions, resort rules, and activity guidelines provided by staff. Misconduct or reckless behavior may result in denial of participation or eviction from the property without refund.
By booking or participating in activities, guests release the resort, its staff, and affiliates from liability for accidents, injuries, or damages, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
